My First REAL Website

I’ve wanted to build my own website for a long time. My first experience building a website was with Google Sites, which was cool at the time but got boring very quickly. Fast forward to 8th grade, when I started exploring HTML, CSS, and JS. I started messing around by creating little tools and games (like Mastermind, Simon, and Trivia), some of which are available on my main website.

I actually started designing this websites shortly after, but I never really worked to publish it. Fast forward to today, September 9th, 2024, and I finally published my website. It’s pretty basic and lacks a lot of content, but I’m planning to grow it.

I’m using WordPress to host my blog, because it is REALLY hard and confusing to create a functional blog yourself(trust me, I did my research), at least for someone on my level.

Here’s a some pictures of the website at the time of this writing:

Most of the website is completely blank, but I’ll keep adding more eventually.

I’m currently taking a dual enrollment class for HTML & CSS. I’m interested in building on what I already know, and hopefully learn about writing clean HTML. I’ll write more posts as I learn. I’ll also work to build out my website to look cleaner and more professional. And I probably should add more content too.
